It's the Booties for Me

Just a little backstory on this outfit….

So I ordered a bunch of items from various places online and they didn’t come in the mail on time for my shoot, so I improvised. I was going for a “cute lumberjack look” and to pull it off I wore some jeans I already owned and borrowed a Banana Republic flannel from my dad’s closet. Hey, a girl has to do what she has to do. To complete the look I wore these Coach booties that I hadn’t been able to wear just yet. They scream chic to me and the gold detailing is like the icing on the cake. Might I add that they were on sale! I think it came together perfectly.

I’m reminded that when we have a look in our heads, sometimes it doesn’t require us to go out and buy a completely new outfit. Instead we can get creative with what we already have and with the addition of the perfect accessory, or in this case a shoe, it will all come together.
